  • Minimum redemption is still 400 points = £1 off.
  • Klarna is still available, but only for orders over £50 (our accountants made us do it).
  • Existing pre-orders will carry over to your account and be shipped at release time.
  • Past orders? Unfortunately they didn’t migrate over — but your email receipts are there, or we can help you dig them up.

Products

  • All games are compatible with UK consoles unless stated otherwise.
  • Games are fully in English unless listed otherwise. Some may offer additional languages via settings — but it’s not guaranteed.

Age Ratings

  • We use official behavior cues like PEGI and BBFC to show game suitability:
    • PEGI 3 – suitable for all ages
    • PEGI 7–18 – increasing intensity and maturity
    • BBFC – used primarily on older titles and DVDs
  • It’s illegal to buy age-restricted titles if you’re underage. Ordering means you confirm both buyer and recipient are old enough.

Shipping / Delivery

  • UK Standard (Free): dispatched via secure tracked service; typically arrives within 1–2 working days.
  • Heavy or large orders >£125: shipped via courier, usually next day.
  • Orders ship Monday–Friday (excludes public holidays).
  • If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, check your tracking number or local sorting office — we’re here to help if things go sideways.

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders are dispatched just before the official release date — expect a dispatch email the day before.
  • Payment is taken in full during checkout.
  • We offer a price promise: if the pre-order price drops, we’ll refund the difference within 7 days. Bonus: price increases won’t cost you more. (Promo codes may affect this — reach out if you spot a mismatch.)

Reward Points

  • Earn and redeem points on most products — redeem £1 off for every 400 points.
  • Points expire 365 days after last earning.
  • Returns will deduct associated points.
  • You can use points and other payment methods together.
